If you are like most of us finding this new world of foreclosure crisis, mortgage back securities, credit default swaps and vacant properties unfathomable, if not outright alien then let me assure you that you are not alone. If you, or a family member, friend or co-worker, like most of us, upside down on your property and in a financial crisis yourself, know too that in this you are not alone.  Finally, if you are either in foreclosure or attempting to negotiate with your bank but not able to talk to the same person twice, let alone make any progress, here too you are not alone.

You are why I have made this site.  A place where I can voice my concerns, hear yours and where possible give answers and information that can lead to hope and possible progress.  At least as fare as foreclosures go.

I am a Florida Licensed attorney and my first bit of advice to anyone is to seek the advice of competent legal counsel if you are facing these and other legal issues.
